yk999 Terms & Conditions

🪪Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on yk999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. yk999 is strictly an adults-only platform for players aged 21 and above.
• You must register using accurate, truthful and complete personal information. Providing false details — including date of birth or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be the registered holder of the Bangladesh mobile number used to create the Account and the sole authorised user of that Account.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion or any account suspension imposed by yk999.

🚫Prohibited Persons

The following persons are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on yk999: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, agents or immediate family members of employees of yk999 or any of its software, game or payment providers; (c) individuals who have previously had an Account terminated by yk999 for fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or material breach of these Terms; (d) individuals acting on behalf of a third party, syndicate or organised group for the purpose of generating returns from the platform.

📱Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, set a secure password, and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements including the minimum age of 21. yk999 reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the period specified by yk999 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each mobile number may be associated with only one Account. Attempts to create duplicate Accounts — whether using the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — constitute a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, yk999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held within them.

🔐Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. yk999 strongly recommends using a password that is unique to the platform, contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters, and is not shared with any third party. You must notify yk999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. yk999 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

👤One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on yk999 at any time. Operating multiple simultaneous Accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all Accounts and forfeiture of all associated Balances, Bonus Funds and pending withdrawals. Where yk999 determines that multiple Accounts have been used to abuse promotional offers, all bonus-related winnings will be voided.

💳Deposit Terms

All deposits to your yk999 Account are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however yk999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank are also supported. yk999 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from accounts held in a name other than the registered Account holder's name.
• yk999 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are responsible for verifying any fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank prior to initiating a deposit.

💸Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, or as otherwise specified during the withdrawal request. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. yk999 reserves the right to set maximum withdrawal limits per day or per transaction, which will be communicated to the Player at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Before processing any withdrawal, yk999 may require the Player to complete KYC identity verification, including submission of a government-issued photo identification document. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawal requests for funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative processing fee to cover payment gateway costs. This fee, where applied, will not exceed 2% of the withdrawal amount and will be communicated to the Player before the withdrawal is finalised.

🎁Bonus Eligibility

yk999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the individual terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability on the platform. Where a conflict exists between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Bonuses are awarded only to the Account for which they are intended and may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements. Players who close their Account before satisfying the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus will forfeit that bonus and any winnings derived from it. yk999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including after it has been credited to a Player's Account, if yk999 determines in its reasonable judgement that the bonus was claimed in error, through fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms.

⚙️Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the following general rules apply to wagering requirements on yk999:

• Wagers placed on live sports betting markets and slot games typically contribute 100% towards satisfying wagering requirements unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Wagers placed on certain table games including baccarat, roulette and blackjack may contribute less than 100% — the applicable contribution rate for each game category is stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual bonus terms. Failure to satisfy the requirements within that period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

🎲Game Integrity

All games available on yk999 are sourced from licensed and independently audited providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems which are independently tested to ensure statistical fairness. yk999 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter the RNG results of any game. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available in the game's information panel. Actual player results will vary from the theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of RNG-based gaming.

🛑Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yk999 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balances where yk999 has reasonable grounds to believe a violation has occurred:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to place bets, interact with games or exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, whether on the same device or across separate Accounts, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs or display glitches to place bets or claim winnings in circumstances that would not arise under normal platform operation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
